You have recently had contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, and after investigation by the local public health center, you have been identified as a close contact of the infected person.

If you have been infected, there is a possibility that the virus may be passed onto other people around you when you start displaying symptoms.

Please read the following carefully and assist us to prevent the spread of infections.

Take your temperature twice a day and monitor your physical condition carefully.
